I just received my order and it looks different than the website picture.Each Cigador is custom-made, and due to naturally occurring wood grain and pattern variation - no two are alike. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the wood type, but the grain pattern and color shown in the images are for illustrative purposes only.

What is the status of my order?Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking information. The email will come from info@thecigador.com, so please make sure to check your junk or spam folders if you have not received the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?Changes can be made to non-customer orders (i.e., standard product with no engraving or custom wood/finishes) prior to shipping. Custom orders will be confirmed with the customer prior to any work being completed; however, all sales are final once production begins. To make changes to your order, please send an email to info@thecigador.com ASAP.

How long does it take to ship my order?Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.

Do you accept returns?All of our humidors are made to order, so there are no refunds available. Exchanges are available within the first 30 days for any defective or damaged products. To initiate a return, please send an email to: info@thecigador.com

When will I receive my order?For a custom-designed Cigador™, the lead time is 4 - 6 weeks. For standard products, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

What would I do if I never received my order?A tracking number is provided with each order. In the event that you never received your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer expedited shipping?Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. Pricing is based on the total weight and the delivery location.
